The coin melt
This coin trick can be issued as a challenge to one of your friends. The challenge is for them to pass 20 cents through a piece of paper without tearing the paper. Naturally your friend will become upset and once you have been satisfied with their plight show them how to duplicate the trick for themselves. - The first thing that you want to do is to take a whole piece of paper and cut a square shaped piece out of it. Once you have your square then place a nickel on the paper and trace around it and then cut out the circle.
- Next you want to fold the square shaped paper in half and drop twenty cents into the hole.
- Finally bend the paper in such a way that will provide just enough extra space for the coins to slip through without tearing the paper.
All it takes is for your friend not to fold the paper to frustrate them.
Predicting Pennies
To perform this trick here are the things which you will need, a hat or a bag that contains 5 pennies and 5 quarters with different dates on them. Select a random member from the audience to withdrawal a coin from the hat.
Next pass the hat around in the audience to verify that the coins are real. Finally ask the member who withdrew the coin from the hat to put the coin back into the hat, once the hat returns to you pretend to be concentrating deeply with your eyes closed reach your hand into the hat and retrieve the coin which was withdrawn from the hat.
There is no secret to this trick, as the coins are passed from person to person they become warmer. Therefore all you have to do is reach for the warmest coin when you stick your hand into the hat.
